When someone you love dies, you're suddenly faced with dozens of decisions you may have never had to make before. Where will everyone gather? Who should you invite? What will the event look like? Who will handle the venue, caterer, florist, music and other details?
You don't have to carry all of that alone.
With a formal education in hospitality, tourism and event management and years of professional experience planning and producing events, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to create and execute an exceptional celebration. Combined with my graduate education in thanatology and training as an end-of-life doula, I also understand the grief, loss and complexities that surround death.This unique combination allows me to care for both sides of the experience: the details that need to be handled and the people who are living through them.

How Much Support Does Your Family Need?
Every family is different. Some want someone to take the entire event off their plate. Others want guidance while remaining involved in the planning. And some families simply need help with a few specific pieces.

When you work with me, I'm not simply checking off the services included in a package. I pay attention to the details that can become one more burden for a grieving family, and when something needs to be handled, I look for a way to help.
That might mean coordinating with vendors, making an extra trip to meet with you, picking up photographs or other materials, helping coordinate death certificate needs, creating memorial scan cards for a columbarium, or simply sitting down over coffee to talk through what comes next.
If it matters to you, it matters to me.
My goal is to take as much of the logistical weight off your shoulders as possible, so you can spend your energy where it belongs: with your family, your memories, and your grief.

Day-Of Orchestration: Dedicated onsite management to quietly guide the event's flow, handle setup, and oversee breakdown so you can remain entirely present. Starting at $600 for up to 6 hours; additional hours at $100/hour.
Guest Communications: Custom invitation design, guest list management, mailing coordination, and private RSVP landing page creation. Starting at $250.
Event Logistics: Venue scouting, premium vendor sourcing, and complex contract negotiation for caterers, florists, and musicians. Priced upon consultation based on vendor scope.
Curated Enhancements & Concierge: Handcrafted somatic memorial favors, essential logistical errands (such as death certificate coordination), and tailored aesthetic design elements. Priced upon consultation.

Planning Your Celebration of Life Budget
Every Celebration of Life is different, and the overall investment depends on the size of your gathering, the venue you choose, catering, rentals, florals, music, audiovisual needs and the details that make the celebration uniquely yours.
For a gathering of approximately 100 guests, the overall event investment will depend on the scope of the celebration and the level of personalization your family wants.
My role is to help you make informed decisions about your budget, prioritize what matters most to your family, and manage the details so you aren't navigating those decisions alone. Your planning investment is separate from the costs of the venue, catering and other vendors, and we'll establish a clear scope and budget together during the planning process.
You don't have to know exactly what you want yet.
