• On-Site Orchestration & Day-Of Harmony Block: Should you desire my dedicated physical presence on the day of your gathering, I am honored to step in. I will provide up to 6 hours of on-site coordination to seamlessly direct setup, manage your vendors, serve as your Master of Ceremonies (MC) with our professional speaker system, and quietly guide the flow of the event. (Available as a 6 -hour block for $600; additional on-site hours are billed at $100/hour.)

• Digital Legacy Film Curation: Turnkey memories into a deeply intentional, customized cinematic slideshow or movie. Rather than a random or purely chronological dump, we hold a creative consultation to map out a thematic storytelling flow that best honors their unique spirit. Includes professional hard-copy photo scanning and secure cloud compilation. (Gather of Love client rate: $499 — a $100 savings from the standalone rate.)

• Stationery & Communications Curation: Thoughtful creation and design of custom invitations, finished with high-end aesthetic touches like delicate vellum or dusty pink wax seals. Includes guest list building and mailing coordination.

• Digital RSVP Architecture: Creation of a private, custom event landing page to gracefully track incoming RSVPs and keep long-distance guests seamlessly informed of gathering details.Logistical Concierge Errands: Compassionate, practical assistance with time-sensitive tasks, such as picking up heirloom memorial items or coordinating and securing official death certificates.
